Build a problem and solution walkthrough

Explore Account Manager to Solutions Consulting by turning a business problem into an understandable demonstration with honest technical boundaries.

Validated here means checked for purpose, clarity and practical boundaries. It does not mean independently proven outcomes or professional accreditation.

Try this

  1. Choose a public product with a free demo or documentation and a fictional user problem. Define one outcome the user needs.
  2. Read the official documentation for the capability you want to demonstrate. List prerequisites, limitations and anything you cannot verify.
  3. Build a five-minute walkthrough: problem, current friction, relevant capability, expected benefit and trade-off. A diagram is enough if you cannot safely access the product.
  4. Include one objection and one thing you would need an engineer or specialist to confirm. Practise saying “I do not know yet” with a clear follow-up.
  5. Invite a consenting peer to explain the value back to you. Note where they misunderstood. Refine the walkthrough and record whether you enjoyed the mix of investigation, explanation and uncertainty.

Evidence to keep

Keep the boundaries clear

Use only authorised demo environments. Do not promise capabilities, security assurances or savings you have not verified. AI can propose objections, but check technical claims against official documentation.
